Enter your last name.
2.)
Enter the last four digits of your social security number in Login ID.
3.)
Click on [OK].
Student Logon
Enter Last Name and Login ID.
(Your Course Evaluation options will appear)
Last Name:
Login ID:
This will bring you to a screen that has your name at the top
and lists the College of Nursing courses in which you are currently enrolled.
